For two decades, Jola Publications has published State Medical Directories for Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, and Minnesota.
Our directories include listings for physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies (excluding Wisconsin and Minnesota) and nursing homes. There is no charge for these listings, which include addresses, telephone numbers, zip codes, specialties and clinic fax numbers. We also print NPI numbers for many physicians.
