We currently publish directories for Iowa & Nebraska.

What's in the directories?

Each directory includes comprehensive listings of:

How are your directories distributed?

Directories are available for $30. Some discounts are available for participating clinics/medical groups and for orders of 20 or more books. Advertisers may distribute copies to their customers; the number to be distributed depends upon the size of advertisement placed. Additionally, hospitals, clinics, law firms and other companies purchase the directories for use by their staff, doctors and clients alike.

How do you compile information?

A few months before publication of a given directory, we send a provider and information update form to the clinics in our database for that state and provide discounted directories to those clinics who update their information. We also keep our information about hospitals, nursing homes and pharmacies current by maintaining relationships with both smaller and larger organizations, by making phone calls, and by cross-checking with other existing sources for directory information.

How often is the directory published?

Our update schedule is varied. Please contact us to get up to date information.

How do I order?

We accept orders on our website, by fax, email, and by phone. View our contact information or order directories online here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, checks, PO numbers and, in most cases, we can invoice with prior approval.

I can’t find a provider I’m looking for, can you help?

Feel free to contact us to see if we have updated information on a specific provider.

A provider/facility isn’t listed in your book. Can I add information?

We list all MD, DO & DPM physicians, mid-level providers, medical clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and pharmacies we know about in a state. If there is an omission in our current issue we invite you to inform us by phone or by filling out this form and sending it in via mail, fax or email; we will make the necessary changes to our database as soon as possible.

Is there a fee for the listing?

We do not charge for clinic, hospital, nursing home, pharmacy or provider listings. The Products & Services section is comprised of paid advertisements.

Do you print mid-levels?

Yes! We have added physicians assistants and nurse practitioners to our directories starting in 2014.
